Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

No preparation is needed, and please don't tidy up beforehand. You'd be surprised how often a pre-tidy hides the very patterns we need to see in order to build the right system for you. Just be at home, make yourself a cup of tea, and let Lima take it from there.

Will I need to be home during the session?

Yes — your involvement is an important part of the process. Decisions about your belongings are yours to make; Lima's role is to guide, support, and implement. That said, the process is designed to be collaborative and enjoyable, not stressful. Most clients find it surprisingly freeing.

Do you work virtually as well as in-person?
