How do I know how many hours my project will take?
To give you the most accurate estimate, you're welcome to send photos or a short video of the areas you'd like organised. You can share them easily by email or WhatsApp, whatever feels easiest for you.
I also offer a free video consultation, where you can walk me through your space and talk me through your goals. From there, I'll create a clear, personalised estimate based on your needs.
And here's my promise: If your project takes longer than quoted, you won't pay anything extra. I stand by my word and I'll always finish the job to your satisfaction.
If you prefer a more hands-on approach, I can also visit your home for an in-person assessment (£30) see consultation fee. This gives us time to look closely at your space and plan the best way forward together.

*Consultation: An in-person fee of £30 will be applied (free if online), along with additional mileage costs for travel outside London Zones 1-3. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice if you choose to hire my services. Payment is due at the time of the initial consultation, which lasts up to an hour.
Booking & Payment
Deposit: To confirm your date, please pay a 50% deposit of the quoted fee at the time of booking. You can pay the remaining balance at the end of each project.
Cancellations: Kindly be advised that a fee amounting to 50% of your upcoming reservation will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking date.
